Technologies & raw materials Technologies
Log is using a range of different blow molding technologies to blow bottles of different characteristics and raw materials. For each new product we choose the most cost effective technology and material after a careful evaluation of the needs described by the customer. Our rich experience and skills allow us to wrap the best package for your needs.
Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) - A continuous process. Allows almost every shape and size of a container. Main raw materials are different polyolefin.
Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) - An injection based, single stage, bi axial stretch process mainly for PET but also for other materials like PES & PP. The preform is molded in the first stage and stretch blown in the second stage in the same machine without the need of double handling. Suitable mostly for low outputs with unique neck finish.
Injection Blow Molding (IBM) - An injection based, single stage process mainly for polyolefin although other materials can be processed on those machines as well. We use them for the pharma bottles production. A clean and accurate process to allow the high demand and performance needs of our pharma clients.
Reheat Stretch Blow Molding (RSBM) - The second stage of a double stage PET bottle blowing process. In this technology, a ready preform that was made before on another machine (the first stage) is reheated, stretched and blown. Suitable for large outputs and common neck finish.
Injection Molding - We use it for PET performs and other products like caps, medical devises etc.
Decoration - We use different decoration technologies to give our customer a "one stop shop". Silk screen printing, labeling, shrink sleeve. Choose your favorite for your specific product and we will decorate it for you.
Raw Materials - We use different raw materials, depending on the process technology, container characteristics, customer needs and cost efficiency. Starting from HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET and up to more "exotic" materials like PES, PEN, ABS and more.
